This project involved the complete transformation of a residential property exterior into a modern, clean, and secure environment. The design approach focused on simplicity, symmetry, and strong visual contrast, combining crisp white walls with bold black accents to create an elegant, contemporary finish. A custom-built steel gate with a unique laser-cut pattern provides a standout entry point, supported by enhanced perimeter security including electric fencing and exterior lighting.
The driveway was redesigned with premium outdoor tiles, offering a neat and welcoming entrance. Soft landscaping elements such as trimmed lawn areas and ornamental palms add warmth and freshness to the façade, balancing the sleek modern architecture. Every detail— from the wall finishes to the alignment of the kerbs— was executed to create a polished and durable exterior look.
